Purchasing a membership provides access to exclusive content on TheQuiltShow.com, including shows, Block of the Month patterns, select classes, and more.
3. Orders, Payments, and Taxes
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We accept major credit/debit cards and process payments securely.
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees required by their country.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
4. Membership Terms
When purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:
- Memberships are recurring and will auto-renew based on the term selected (monthly, biannual, or annual).
- The card used during purchase will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
- You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting your account dashboard at TheQuiltShow.com or by contacting us at 925-203-5612.
- Cancellations stop future billing but do not trigger refunds. You’ll retain access through the end of your paid term.
- We do not offer refunds on memberships or digital content.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the shipping carrier. Please contact us if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error in your order.
Digital products and memberships are non-refundable.
